Nationwide Shipping:

We offer to ship across India.  
Taxes for DOMESTIC ORDERS:
Product prices displayed are inclusive of all the taxes. We provide free shipping for all products in India except for furniture. For furniture, shipping cost is calculated based on the volumetric size, weight and destination of the order as per pin code. There are no hidden charges.
Delivery:
Not only we maintain quality, but we also carefully handle our products while handcrafting and designing. Therefore, it is at the prime importance for us to most attentively deliver the product in the same form and manner after carefully inspecting the goods before shipment along with secured and multi-layered packaging.
At checkout, we provide you with maximum estimated delivery time for your order under the detail section on the product page. We assure to process the shipment of the order within 1-3 business days after order confirmation. Our usual shipment takes 3-5 days in metro cities, 5-7 days in other cities across India and 9-11 days outside India. However, most orders are delivered before the stipulated time.
Kindly note: If the order gets delayed or not processed immediately due to some unforeseen reasons, we inform with a follow-up call/email. Once shipped, you receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number and delivery details. While we try to ensure that the product reaches you within the delivery time communicated, emergencies may delay the delivery. In such cases, contact our support team for the latest update on your shipment if we have already not informed you.
Track Your Order:
The easiest possible way to track your order status is by checking the order details. We try our best to deliver your order as quick as possible. In a few cases where we get delayed, we proactively call/email the customer to inform about the status of their product. Following Policies Apply For Any Cancellations On Our Website
The processing of the order starts as soon as it is received. However, if you want to cancel the order due to any reason, the below-mentioned conditions are applicable:-
1. Cancellation of order is allowed prior to dispatch of order from our warehouse.

Return Policy

We strive to provide you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.

1. Returns

You have 5 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

2. Reporting a Manufacturing Defect

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service team at homekrafty@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Provide detailed information about the defect and attach clear images illustrating the issue. Our team will assess your request and guide you through the return process.

3. Replacement Process

Upon approval of your manufacturing defect claim, we will process a replacement for the defective item. We will cover the cost of shipping for the replacement product.

4. Non-Eligible Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or replacement, including:

  • Products that have been used or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned more than 5 days after delivery
  • Products without their original packaging

5. Refunds

If a replacement is not possible, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund amount will include the cost of the item and any applicable taxes. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returning an item will be at the customer's expense, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
